Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times Delivery times vary depending on the product and supplier location:
- Standard delivery: 7–21 business days
- Some products may arrive sooner; others may take up to 30 business days during busy periods
We source products from international suppliers to bring you the best range and value, which means delivery times may be longer than typical UK retailers. We appreciate your patience and promise it's worth the wait! 🐾
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. We offer free standard delivery on orders over £49.
Order tracking Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery.
Multiple items If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate parcels and at different times depending on the supplier.
